Minimum of 5 years of TIG and Flux Core welding, fit-up and fabrication experience to manufacture close tolerance component parts to customer and industry standards.  Interprets mechanical drawings and sketches and performs metal cutting, grinding, shaping, fitting, and welding.  Must be able to pass ASME Section IX and AWS welding standards in various positions and processes.  Able to apply basic algebra, geometry, and trigonometry concepts that apply to welding/fabrication.  The employee must meet the physical demands of the job including but not limited to: sitting, standing, and walking; frequent climbing and balancing on large equipment; frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching; frequent lifting or moving of up to 25lbs.; occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs. Works under limited supervision.
